Talents Identification, capacity building, Mentorship and Support for fintech Solutions

FinHub is a challenge-driven innovation program aimed at addressing challenges in the financial sector. With our partners, we identify talents, build capacity, mentor and support them to address challenges in the fintech space. We are  committed to driving innovation in the financial industry and preparing a pool of tech-savvy workforce for the industry

The program provides an inclusive and supportive environment for students interested in FinTech, and entrepreneurship. The program's activities are aimed at equipping  the potential future workforce with practical skills and provide them with valuable experience in the financial industry and technology sector. The networking events help them build connections and develop relationships with financial industry players, entrepreneurs, and investors, which helps them grow and succeed in their careers.

The project has several key components, including:
Talent Identification: The project identifies talented university students through a rigorous selection process that evaluates their academic achievements, leadership potential, and innovation.

Training: The project provides training for the selected students in various areas, such as software development,  banking and finance. This helps to develop their skills and knowledge and prepares them for careers in the software and financial sectors.

Mentorship: The selected students are paired with experienced mentors from the industry who provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge. The mentors also help students navigate the job market and prepare them for careers in the software and financial sectors.

Support: The project provides financial support to the selected students through paid internships and funds to develop their products. This helps to reduce the financial burden on students in developing and commercializing innovative products.

Industry Exposure: The project provides opportunities for students to gain practical experience and exposure to the financial industry. This is through an exchange programs where students further develop and test their products and skills.
Networking: The project facilitates networking opportunities for students to meet with industry professionals and learn more about career opportunities in software and the financial sectors.

We aim to develop a talented and diverse workforce while providing opportunities for students to achieve their potential. We address the skills gap in the financial industry and provide a pathway for talented students to enter the industry.
